We are pleased to announce that the Morality & Justice Preconference will be held on Thursday, January 26th, 2012 in San Diego, CA. As in previous years, the Morality and Justice Preconference will include invited presentations of cutting-edge theory and empirical research, a poster session, a paper swap, and a special graduate student showcase.

Poster Session: If you would like to submit a paper for a poster presentation, please do so with your on-line registration.  Posters must not include work that will be presented at the regular SPSP conference in any form. Submissions must be made by by December 10th, 2011. The guidelines for poster submissions are the same as those for the SPSP conference.

Paper Swap: You are also invited and encouraged to bring copies of recently published papers, pre-prints, works-in-progress, or mini-posters to share with other conference attendees. You will be asked to provide a title and abstract when you register so that we can include them in the official preconference program. We anticipate that all who submit papers for the swap will have their submissions accepted.

Graduate Student Presentations: Graduate students are invited to submit proposals to give 15 minute talks at the preconference. The guidelines for these talks are the same as those for the SPSP conference (e.g., abstracts must include the specific goals of the study, the methods used, a summary of results, and a conclusion). Data must be collected prior to submission. Proposals must not include work that will be presented at the regular SPSP conference in any form. Please email submissions directly to Kees van den Bos (k.vandenbos@uu.nl) by December 10th, 2011. All submissions that are not selected for talks will be automatically considered for presentation as a poster unless a request to the contrary is included in the submission (i.e., there is no need to submit a redundant poster proposal).
